Free Delivery Zone

Radius: We offer free delivery within a 10-mile radius of Kirkham.

Eligibility: All orders within this radius qualify for free delivery.
Delivery Outside Free Zone

Base Delivery Charge: For deliveries beyond the 10-mile radius, a base delivery fee of £10 applies.

Additional Mileage Charge: Beyond the initial 10 miles, an additional charge of £1 per mile will be applied.

Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you receive firewood that you believe is not up to quality either in moisture content, size or quantity, please contact us within 14 of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and if we are at fault, we will replace the firewood at no additional cost to you, we require to take the original order away and cannot leave firewood that is not up to standard.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any other reason. Thank you for your understanding
